4. Payments & Fees

By booking a trip, you agree to pay all associated fees displayed at the time of booking.

• Facility billing or invoicing

• Approved third-party payers (where applicable)

We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

• No charge for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup

• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup

• 100% fee may be charged for no-shows
